Return Policy

At EroticaPR, we prioritize the health, safety, and hygiene of all our customers. Because of the intimate nature of our products, all sex toys, wellness devices, and intimate accessories are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable once the original factory packaging or hygienic seal has been opened or tampered with.

Non-Returnable Items (Strict Policy)

Due to strict public health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Intimate Goods: Sex toys, vibrators, wellness devices, and bondage gear (if the factory seal/packaging is broken).

  • Personal Care Items: Lingerie, hosiery, lubricants, massage oils, and cleaning solutions.

  • Promotional Items: All sale items, clearance items, and gift cards are final sale.

Eligible Returns: We only accept returns on items that are 100% unopened, unused, in their original factory-sealed packaging with tags intact and requested within 30 days of delivery.

How to Start an Eligible Return

If your item is completely unopened and still factory-sealed, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving it:

  1. Contact us at Sales@EroticaPR.com with your order number and proof of purchase.

  2. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions.

  3. Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  4. Approved returns must be sent to the given address.

Damages, Defects, and Issues

We want to make sure you get exactly what you paid for. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

If your item arrives damaged, defective (e.g., a mechanical/electrical issue out of the box), or is the wrong item, contact us immediately at Sales@EroticaPR.com. We will evaluate the issue right away and arrange for a replacement or store credit.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return your unopened item (following the rules above), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.

Important EU Exception: Under EU consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they become unsealed after delivery. Therefore, even in the EU, sex toys cannot be returned if the hygienic seal or packaging has been opened.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your unopened return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
