To maintain the highest quality and safety standards, we do not ship pre-packed inventory.

  • Quality Verification: Once your order is placed, every item undergoes a strict quality and functionality verification check.

  • Timeline: Please allow 1–3 business days for our team to verify, securely pack, and hand off your order to our shipping carriers.

  • Note: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.

2. Shipping & Delivery Timelines

Because we curate and verify our items directly from specialized facilities, standard delivery times are as follows:

  • Estimated Shipping Time: 15 business days from the date of shipment.

  • While many packages arrive sooner, customs processing, transit variables, and local postal delays can occasionally occur. We appreciate your patience as we ensure your products arrive safely.

3. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order is packed and leaves our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's portal.

4. Discreet Packaging is Guaranteed

Your privacy is incredibly important to us. All orders are shipped in 100% plain, discreet packaging (standard brown boxes or bubble mailers).

  • There are no explicit labels, logos, or mentions of "EroticaPR" or sex toys on the outside of the box.

  • The return address name on the shipping label will appear under a discreet corporate name, ensuring complete confidentiality from your doorstep to your neighbors.

5. Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please reach out to us at Sales@EroticaPR.com with your order number. We will immediately investigate the status of your shipment with the carrier and make it right.
